  Our company has developed BTGF-50E/F Series Of Auto Filling And Sealing Machine on the basis of integrating the advanced foreign technologies. They are widely used in the industries of toothpaste, cosmetic, drug and food to fill and seal all sorts of pastes, latexes, oils and so on with various types of aluminum plastic tubes and plastic tubes.
This machine is highly automatic, which can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, cut ends and exit tubes. It can pick out tubes with wrong color codes before filling stuffs to ensure the product qualified rate and prevent wasting. The controlling part adopts imported plc system so as to make the machine perform more accurately and stably. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using leister air-heater imported from switzerland, which melt down plastic stuff by puffing hot air to the inwalls of tubes from the back ends leading to high-quality sealing when stamping odontogram and batch numbers afterwards. Stainless steel material is adopted for the parts contacting with stuffs to endure erosion from acid and alkali. All the conduits use the method of quick bar clasp, which is convenient, quick and handy to load and unload. Stuff valve is easy to rinse thoroughly by using rotary valve, which adopts accuracy cam indexing mechanism with precise and smooth positioning. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.
BTGF-50E mode without tube box, BTGF-50F mode with tube box.
Both can be equipped with airproof charging hopper, heating hopper, auto hopper charging and covering mask as demanded.
