Series hydraulic drilling rigs are new design with advanced technology composed of advantages based on Caterpillar undercarriage and of drilling application module for:

Features
1. The specifications of series drilling rigs have adapted new advanced technology in the world. The key components are products of famous international brands with high efficiency and reliability. Series drilling rigs equip with Caterpillar base which has proved to be powerful and extremely reliable and the newest engine guarantees maximum performance. For example: 220 and 230 use CAT 330D base, 150 use CAT 325D base, which bases are hydraulic retractable undercarriages, with easy transportation and excellent working stability. The comfortable operator cabin is designed with total human factor consideration

2. The newest CAT engine has met Engine Exhaust classification III Emission Standard, and with auto acceleration/deceleration functions, resulting in 5-10% fuel cost reduction.

3. Once operation stoppage, the speed of engines will automatically decelerate to save fuels, and when restarting, the speed of engine could automatically resume to its setting value.

4. Rexoth brand hydraulic parts, oil pump intelligent control and load sensor control, achieve the power matching with loads for the drilling rigs, minimize fuel consumption, and minish system radiation to guarantee the reliable performance.

5. Series drilling rigs have flexible parallelogram system that increase agility in both working and transport mode.

6. Equipped with double Rexoth motor, double Brevini decelerator structure, stronger motive force, high intensity gear transmission.

7. The main winch has the function of controllable free fall, which can release wire rope automatically during the drilling operation.

8. Heavy duty Kelly bar has extreme rigidity that meets the requirement of drilling into complex hard soil and rocks.

9. Steel trunk mast, good rigidity and stability, can self-erect by own parallelogram support system. The mast can be inclined to back until be placed horizontally on the machine to minimize the measurement for transportation.

10. Protection function to lower Kelly bar: In lowering the Kelly bar, it is applied an electro hydraulic monitoring control technology with which the movement position of drill bucket and Kelly bar can be sensed and controlled.
