  At present,according the gear reducer rating, we developed 160,228,320 and 640 type of models used on biggest chinese oil fields and in Canada(Weatherford Artficial Lift System). It may divide into three type of walking beam pump unit according to the straight walking beam, the curved walking beam, and the double-tail walking beam. This series conserve energy more than the common oil pump unit. It decreases the energy consumption by 15%-45%. The double-tail walking beam decreases energy consumption from 10%-30%. This means it is economical, because the composite balance of the beam and crank decreases the crest value of reducer's output net torque, thereby making the assembly more stable and more energy efficient to improve its' performance.
