  XB-02 degausser is an information security product which can erase hard disks (up to 400 GB), floppies, tapes and any magnetic cards (like credit cards) at a very high speed. With the LCD display showing the procedure details, users can get if the degaussing process works fine at the real-time. It becomes easily to manage the degaussing media by the management software installed on your computer. XB-02 degausser got certificated by the Chinese National Security Bureau in March, 2005, and has been used by Chinese government departments.

Some super-high coercivity hard disks and tape formats are very difficult to be erased. XB-02 degausser was designed specifically to produce a well-mixed magnetic field and the degaussing force is up to 7000Gs which can destroy all magnetic media up to 4600 oersted completely.

One of the product characteristics is that users can see how the degaussing process is going through the LCD display. If the voltage or magnetic strength is lower than the minimum level, a warning message will appear on the screen which can tell if the media being erased has been demagnetized thoroughly or not. Besides that, degaussing procedure can be operated by the management software installed on users' computer. An USB port is needed to connect the degausser and the computer.
