We want to mention that we work only with bulk and only with quantities higher than 15.000 mt.
We can accept as payment instrument: Stand By LC, Bank Guarantee (or Irrevocable Transferable LC at sight, issued by one of the first 50 Top Worlds Banks, at seller's bank counter).
Our work procedure is the following:
1. The Buyer send their LOI
2. The Seller send draft Trade Contract.
3. The Buyer sign the Trade Contract and send to Seller via fax or e- mail.
4. The Seller sign the Trade Contract and send to Buyer via fax or e- mail.
5. The Buyer's Bank issue Stand By LC or Bank Guarantee and send it by swift to Seller's Bank, mentioning in the last line that it will become operative after yard visit or POP receiving.
6. After the Seller's Bank receive by swift the Stand By LC or Bank Guarantee, he allows buyer to inspect the material or to give him POP. Seller's Bank issue PB 2%. Buyer's Stand By LC or Bank Guarantee become operative.
7. The Seller commence to supply the material
