(1)Tannic acid for medicine: Conforming USA Pharmacopoeia of 1990 edition.

Property: Light yellowish to light brownish powder, soluble in 1 share of water or ethanol, soluble in acetone, insoluble in chloroform or ethyl ether.

Specification: Conform to Health Department WS-129(B) and USA Pharmacopoeia of 1990 edition.

Application: Tannic acid for medicine has the antiseptic, enzyme-eliminating and convergent effects. Applied as antibiotics to treating tinea, eliminating toxic substances and stopping diarrhea etc.
Packaging: In plastic bags of 500gs net each, outside package is ply-Wood cases of 40×500g net each. In paperboard barrels of 25 kgs Net each when exported.

(2)Tannic acid (Industrial grade):

Description：Light yellowish to brownish powder，soluble in 1 share Of water or ethanol; soluble in acetone; almost insoluble in chloroform or diethyl ether.

Usage:it can rapidly react with acidic protein and protein polyphenols to obtain precipitation, and removed at the later of fermentation or during the filtration of beer. It can obviously improve the colloid stability and flavor stability of beer.

500g each, total 20bags.
