  Abrasive Converting Equipment
1. Can slit into width 1”~60”
2. Slitting speed can be adjusted automatically by frequency conversion. (Approximately 30 meters/minute)
3. Independent blade set: Adjust blades and press down manually. （Round Blades: 110mm x 2mm x 40mm holes）（Can go with oil pressure feed）
4. Automatic abrasive cloth guide margin.
5. Air-pressure inflated abrasive cloth collect-and-release shaft.
6. Air-pressure tray controlled abrasive cloth-releasing shaft twisting power.
7. Knobbed magnetic powder clutch, controlling collecting shaft tensile power.
8. Maximum abrasive cloth-collecting diameter: 600mm.
9. Upper abrasive cloth-collecting shaft can be taken off to facilitate replacing wide bands.
10. Can choose to receive feed on the obverse or reverse of the abrasive cloth.
11. Main shaft is made of SUJ2 steel substance and is hard to wear out.
12. Length counter.
13. Horse power: Main shaft 3HP, abrasive cloth-collecting shaft 2HP, guide margin oil pressure 1HP.
