  CEN24 Horizontal, CEN25 Vertical Type Oil-mist Electric Lubricator--Without Timer
◆Features:
1.The operation and interval time is without timer.
2.The discharge volume is stable and can be adjusted by the pressure-regulating valve. Turning the valve clockwise, the oil volume will increase, and turning anticlockwise, the oil volume will reduce.
3.It used a high quality alloy steel gear pump and induction motor that not only has steady output pressure and low noise, but also can assure each lubrication point with output of oil. It can be applied for large machines’ request.
4.When the power of the lubricator turns off, the air pressure and output power will be turned off at the same time.
5.It has a pressure-regulating valve, which can adjust the pressure and easy to check from the pressure gauge.
6.It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will have abnormal signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
7.It can be added a feed-oil button on request.
8.The function of CEN24, CEN25 types is similar to CEN22 (Horizontal), CEN23 (Vertical) types. The difference is CEN24, CEN25 types are without timer, and CEN22, CEN23 types are with timers.
◆Application of Machines Equipment:
The oil-mist type electric lubricator has cooling, lubricative and filtering effect, which can reduce wear of lubrication point. It’s suitable for cutting machines and bearings.

◆特點
1.由PLC控制動作與間歇時間，可另外安裝強制給油鍵手動強制連續注油。
2.出油量穩定，可由壓力閥調整吐出量，順時針旋轉則油量增多。逆時針則旋轉油量減少。
3.採用特殊合金鋼的齒輪幫浦與感應式馬達相互搭配，使用壽命長，具穩定之輸出壓力，無噪音，能確保每個潤滑點均有油量流出，可符合一般大型機械之使用需求。
4.當注油機關閉電源時，可同時關閉風壓與輸出電源。
5.具調壓閥裝置，可依客戶需求調整壓力，並可從壓力錶查知。
6.附有浮動開關，即液位檢知裝置，標準規格為下通電接點，即油量過低時，能自動發出訊號，亦可選擇上通電接點，訂購時請先註明。
7.CEN22（橫式）、CEN23（立式）與CEN24（橫式）、CEN25（立式）功能類似，差別僅在於CEN22、CEN23由計時器控制，CEN24、CEN25則由PLC控制。
◆適用之機械設備
本機台可提供冷卻、潤滑與除屑之功能，並可減少機械潤滑點磨損，延長使用壽命，適用於需切削、噴霧潤滑的機械設備。
