    Product Detail
  The machine is manufactured from high grade cast iron, specially heat treated for superior rigidity.
The spindle is specially heat treated(using carburizing and deep cooling), cylindrically ground. The thread is precision cut. The spindle is fitted with high quality bearings to ensure high accuracy and deformation free.
The patented tool shank locking and unlocking mechanism meets with the clamping feature on a CNC machine, reducing the fitting errors to a minimum. A sleeve is available to adapt a variety of tool shank specifications.(optional)
X,Z axes Lnear motion guides on the two axes allows for rapid traverse and micrometric positioning.(HB Excluded)
When special software is combined with the RS-232 interface to connect with the DNC, tool data management eliminates manual errors. Such software is suitable for general machining and mold machining without the need to change the original machining mode. (Suitable for R,A,RE, and AE models only)
