Functions
1.The function of dipping roller mechanism:
2. Equipped with 4 sets of dipping roller mechanism.
3. Even film thickness is obtained by means of micro-adjustment.
4. Silver dipping roller has fine grooves for silver paste to be adhered easily.
5. Servo termination mechanism:
Equipped with 4 sets of servo dipping head mechanism.
Dipping head has a foam roller for dipping silver paste on paste
roller.
Dipping head can be moved up-down, right-left and forward-backward.
The downward pressure of foam roller can be micro-adjusted.
The backward/forward movement of dipping head can be set thorough
MMI.
The left/right motion frequency and times of dipping head can be
set by MMI.
The dipping times can be set by MMI.
6. The clamping device of cassette fixture:
The magazine is positioned by upward cylinder, and the position is
the datum of magazine fixture so that the chips can be dipped with
better measure.
7. The function of magazine delivery: Equipped with 2 conveyors to
deliver magazine.
8. The function of drying system: Equipped with 4 sets of heater and
can be operated independently.Temperature can be set freely.
