1. All new style Toggle type locking structure, it uniformly transfers force to movable plates preventing distortion and elongating life time of the machine. (D)
2. The rectangle car-wall is able to load big size mold. Its car-wall is made of high rigid FCD-50 spheroidal- graphite iron, less deformation.
3. 5 points vertical cranking toggle type, holes are all placed alloy steel sleeve with special process, and provides non-pollution auto greasing function to save time of maintenance.
4. The liquid pressure circuit is controlled by the logic valve. Besides high-speed response, it operates smoothly to open and close molds, among multi-layer moldboards, reach the correct position before completing mold open.
5. The machine uses dual-linked pump, and collaborates with high responsive P.O. valve, it becomes a semi-circuit controlling condition to satisfy customers' high-speed high accurate production requirement.
