Product Detail

The carbon steel plate is slit by slitting machine to get the width of steel belt that meets the needs in the process of pipe making, then set the coil material onto the uncoiler, loosen and roll steel belt into the storage cage, transport it into the forming machine to procedure.

At first, the steel belt will flatten out by the flatter, and goes through the rollers to squeeze the desired pipe diameter, after welding, weld bead planning, straightening, and cutting as the setting length of the auto-cutting-off machine, then transport it to the production run out table, and finish all the production procedures. At last the inspectors must do some related inspection to ensure good quality.
