The furance adopts a kind of Radiant Tube type Heater as its heat source. The heater is our originally developed device which can be workable under many kinds of severe conditions and a record-breaking durability in the result of our technical researches and developements through past several years. The heater is designed to consume electric power of low voltage, and have low surface watt density and a large heat supplying area. That is why uniformity of heat distribution inside furnace can be early finished. As the heater is equipped with electric caloric elements within sealed radiant tube, there are entirely no troubles caused by covering of soot around the elements. Therefore, maintenance of the furnaces can be done very easily.
