We specialize in urban style sneakers and professional athletic shoes. We also carry hard to find limited editions, retro styles, and older editions as well as the newest and best. Please note all the prices on our website are wholesale prices. Our products are with good quality. All the pictures are taken from our real product; the products you receive will be the same as you see on the website. Moreover, they may look better than in the picture. Many of our customers feel very glad when they receive their order.
We can offer good customer services. We think it is important to consider everything for our customers.
1) We'll check all the packages before sending out, and won't send a package which has defect.
2) After sending out, we'll tell you the tracking number as soon as possible, then you can use it to check on the website.
3) If the situation happens that you receive a damaged one because of shipping, please don't worry and tell us, we'll send a new one to you for free. Please keep the damaged product and help to send it back to us. We'll pay the shipping cost.
4)Within 30 days, defected products are allowed to exchange to a new one for free. If it exceeds 30 days or the warranty period, free repair service is offered. Prior to returning any item, please notify us your reasons via email and attach the pictures of defected products too. We will reply you our return address within one day.
Guidelines for Customers
1.) For small orders (just for self wear or gift)
If there is a manufactory problem within warranty period, please return it to us and pay for the return shipping cost. You should enclose US$15 for us to reship it to you.
2. )For wholesalers
Please return the defected products only after you collected 5~8 pair/pieces of them. You just have to pay for the return shipping cost, we will ship them to you for free.
3.) For drop-ship customers (online store or auction shop)
Please ask your customers to return the items to you. You just need to place another new order according to your customers' requirements. We will ship it out within two business days. Please don't worry about the products that your customers returned to you, you can return them to us when there are 5~8 pair/pieces. They will be counted as deposit payment of your next order, you just need to pay for the return shipping cost.
&.If it exceeds the warranty period, the above three kinds of customers all have to pay for the materials fee.
