Corrugator and Flexos make a complete, industrial chain from corrugating to printing to forming of boxes. Rolls of kraft paper in mill roll stands (of both medium, & Liner's) are fed into the corrugator and run through preheating, corrugating (of A-C-B-E flute), gluing, steam-heating, press-cooling, cross cutting, slitter-scorer trimming the cardboard into large sheets called box blanks and finally slide into automatic stacker that loads them onto a large, rolling platform. From here, box blanks, the finished products, will be transported to the other machines that will convert them into finished containers / boxes. We have 3, 5, 7 layers production lines at both high and medium speed for your option. Width from 1400mm to 2500mm. Speed from 80m/min to 250 m/min
As for Fully Computerized High Speed Flexo Printer & Slotter, close cooperative relationship has been formed with our customer at the very beginning of project designing, to study issues on product developing and technical details, which focusing on the research of system's automatization and reliability of assembling. Top quality, high hardness (50HRC gear) spare parts, combined with advanced equipments (CNC machining center, milling machine, high precision internal and external grinding machine, deep hole boring machine, CAD 3D animation design center), finally made our flexos with stable performance. A strict responsibility system was set force separately to both QC people and production team. We had, in the year 2000, adopted PLC from Siemens into programme operation, and cooperated with Bosch Rexroth's Automation Company in 2004. We have developed more than 10 series of flexo machines, from MZ-4000 rotary die-cutter, to Orite full servo control vacuum suction automatic flexo printer, and have been rewarded with sound reputation among all the end-users for our quality and after service. The rotary die-cutter with differential balance device, and lead edge feeder with servo system have got two national patents. Obtained ISO9001:2000 in 2004, and CE certificate in 2006
