Sun Near is founded in 1972 and a ISO 9001/2000 certificated foundry factory in Taiwan. We have one set of automatic moulding line, 4 sets of F1 semi-automatic moulding lines, 2 sets of F2 semi-automatic moulding lines, 4 sets of F3 semi-automatic moulding lines, CNC milling center machining lines and CNC lathe machining lines with full set of Chemical Analysis, Physical testing equipments and inspection facilities to control our foundry production. We are now making the casting parts under cast iron material JIS G 5501 FC150~FC300 (I.S.O. R185 15~30, DIN 1691 GG15~GG30, NFA 32-101 Ft150~Ft300, ASTM-A48 Class 25~Class45) and other materials as per customer’s requests. |
